First Aid at Work Requalification

Refresher course is two days, which has a minimum 12 contact hours.

*You must have completed a First Aid at Work (3day / 2day) and have a valid certificate. Your First Aid at Work Certificate becomes invalid if the certificate has expired by 28 days past the expiry date, if you are not sure then contact us for help. We also provide a coloured bound 66 page First Aid at Work Handbook and First Aid guidance card, along with a First Aid pouch which includes CPR mask and vinyl gloves.

The Refresher is a shorter version, of the full course with just key points with the same assessments as the full course.

  • Main Aims of first aid
  • Management of situation
  • Approach situation
  • Dealing with unconsciousness
  • Shock
  • Resuscitation procedure
  • Defibrillation for adult and child
  • Choking
  • Burns
  • Poisons
  • Eye Injury
  • Dealing with illnesses
  • Treatment and Control for Bleeding and Fractures
  • First aid equipment
  • Recording of accidents

On successful completion of the course and assessment a Three year certificate will be issued.

On-Site Booking

This course can be run "On-Site". The price starts £810.00 (ex VAT) for a group of up to 6. Additional people cost £115.00 (ex VAT).

The maximum group size for this course is 12 this is set by HSE.
